Sportzfy TV troubleshooting

Buffering, black screen, no sound or won't install? Here are quick fixes for the most common Sportzfy TV problems.

Quick checklist first: a stable internet connection (5 Mbps+ for HD), enough free storage, the latest app version from the download page, and a quick app restart fix the large majority of issues.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If it still crashes, go to Settings → Apps → Sportzfy TV → Storage and tap "Clear cache" (and then "Clear data" if needed). As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the latest APK from the download page. Make sure your device meets Android 5.0+ and has a little free storage.
This is almost always the source server, not the app. Pick a different server/link for that match if one is offered, refresh the stream, or wait a minute and retry. A black screen with sound usually means a slow connection — drop the quality or switch to Wi-Fi.
Buffering is connection-related. Test your speed (aim for 5 Mbps+ for HD), move closer to the router or switch to Wi-Fi, close other apps using bandwidth, and lower the stream quality inside the player. On TV boxes, a wired Ethernet adapter helps a lot.
Check the volume and that the stream isn't muted in the player. Try a different server for the event. If you cast or mirror to a TV, audio can route to the wrong output — toggle the audio device, or restart the stream after connecting.
Make sure you allowed "install from unknown sources" for the browser or file manager you used, that you have enough free storage, and that the download finished completely. Delete the partial file and re-download the APK. If an older copy is installed, uninstall it first, then install the new version.
Sources can go offline mid-event and come back. Refresh, switch to a backup server for that match, or check back shortly. Restarting the app clears most temporary glitches.
TV sticks have limited memory. Close background apps, restart the device (unplug for 30 seconds), and keep storage free. Older Fire TV Sticks can struggle with the highest quality — lower it for smoother playback. See the TV install guide if you need to reinstall.
Open your phone's Settings → Apps → Sportzfy TV → Notifications and make sure they're enabled, and that battery optimisation isn't force-closing the app in the background.
Install the newest version from this site — updates add servers and fix loading issues. Schedules also depend on the day's fixtures, so a missing event may simply not be live yet.
